• After the required information is gathered, we will find one of our tutors that fits your needs AND your schedule.

• Once we find a matching tutor, we will contact you to determine the date, time and location of your first tutoring session. Unlike some of our competitors, you will NOT be contractually obligated to stay with our service for an extended period of time. However, discounts will be given for multiple session packages.

• The tutor will travel to your home, or other parental sanctioned meeting ground, such as the library. You also have the option to have tutoring sessions at our facility located at 220 N. Larkin Ave. in Joliet IL. They will go over your coursework, guide you through homework, and go into detail on any topics the student is having trouble with. Each session will last 1-1.5 hours. Longer sessions are available upon request.

• How’d it go? Our staff will contact you after the first few sessions to ensure your satisfaction.

*For tutoring sessions, please be prepared to provide all necessary textbooks, worksheets, test reviews, or any other document that you feel the tutor may need to provide you with the best insight.
